Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Contact Center Rep/Scheduler II to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Houston,TX.

Duration: 3 month contract/project
Education/Experience Required: 3 yrs experience/HS Diploma or GED + Biliingual & EPIC experience

Contact Center Rep/Scheduler II
 
Primary responsibility is scheduling outpatient medical appointments in a contact center environment. Will be responsible for completing the Revenue Cycle new hire training course to learn Epic navigation, insurance contract knowledge and understanding of clinic scheduling requirements.
 
Day to Days
  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls to customers regarding account management
  • Patient scheduling
  • Data entry of patient data
  • Processing insurance referrals and authorization requests
Bilingual candidates with excellent customer service skills and EPIC experience preferred
Previous use of Epic Cadence scheduling software would be a BONUS
Candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
HS Diploma or GED preferred
