Work Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: Long-term contract
Hours: 7 am - 4 pm¿
Education/Experience Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Job Description:

Client Event Services interacts with every division of our client's organization. Customer Service, accuracy, and accountability are key factors for our team as an integral part of the firm's ability to function. The interaction with numerous departments and range of products allow for a challenging, varied, and multi-dimensional work environment. As part of the CES/Invoicing team in the Technology Department, the candidate will be involved in reconciling invoice charges with entitled users in our internal system and assuring service charges are validated based on feedback from internal and external clients and that eventual discrepancies are corrected accordingly. In addition, the candidate will assist in other job functions as necessary, including the preparation of reports and participation in different concomitant projects to assist the maintenance or expansion of current account/vendor billing systems.

  • Efficiently using analytical skills to determine validity of invoice charges when compared with internal inventory applications.
  • Accountable for the accuracy and quality of work and appropriately escalating any issues to management.
  • Analyze, manage, monitor and report on assigned accounts.
  • Develop, manage and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Document processes; create and maintain Run-Book and SOPs.
  • Prioritize and process inquires that are assigned through multiple channels (Email, Ticket Queue, IM, etc…)
  • Conduct periodic audits.
  • Analyze large amounts of data to determine trends, locate errors, modify inventory.
  • Uphold and adhere to policies and procedures defined by the client to ensure safety and soundness.
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements/automation and develop methods to reduce risks and increase productivity.

  • Strong work ethic/Ambitious/Sense of urgency.
  • Flexible, personable, confident, and self-motivated; team player.
  • Ability to work productively within high work volumes and collaborate with teammates in a highly dynamic, team environment.
  • Strong PC Skills.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Capacity to interact across many levels at the firm.
  • Demonstrated analytic skills with excellent attention to details.
  • Portuguese, Polish and French are a big plus
