Paladin Consulting is currently hiring Customer Service Reps to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Plano, TX.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Work Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend
Hours: 1st shift
Education/Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from both service providers and customers in order to support the Home Services business.
  • Process credit card applications for customers via phone with the service provider.
  • Be a knowledgeable person available to answer questions on order process, products & services.
  • Communicate with the Home Services team as issues arise to support an exceptional customer experience and provide support for service providers.
  • Place outgoing customer survey calls daily and report findings to Home Services leadership as well as escalate issues as they come up.
  • Send emails to service providers to help manage the order process to completion.
  • Additional general administrative duties as requested.
