Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Implementation Manager is responsible for defining and leading all implementation efforts of new participants and promotions in the Client Network from contract execution through program rollout. This position is a blend of project management and account management, and the Implementation Manager will work with key stakeholders within the participant's organization to ensure all aspects of the program are on track and within budget. The Implementation Manager will have overall responsibility for enabling the participant's technical integration, marketing strategy and consumer experience, financial settlement process, program performance tracking and reporting, and ongoing customer support and account maintenance processes. This position requires a strong communicator who grasps high-level business strategy and initiatives with the ability to comprehend and present detailed program information to customers. Additionally, the Implementation Manager will work closely with all internal teams to communicate business requirements and define the details of each team's involvement in the program. The internal teams include business development, marketing, account management, technical operations, product management, customer care, accounting, business intelligence and senior/executive management.

  • 25% Travel Required

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 Years of experience working as project manager, consultant or in a related position
  • Must be proficient in oral and written communication, Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Internet research and blended learning tools and solutions
  • This role is 70% Project Management and 30% Account Management
  • Excellent problem solving skills with strong commitment to meeting client needs
  • Extremely organized with a very strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service orientation and experience
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to manage and present detailed program information to all levels of an organization
  • Supports multiple and diverse client specific programs simultaneously
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
  • Adapts to change easily
  • Capable of quickly grasping technical concepts and interpreting these back to the customer and internal teams
  • Ability to solve complex administrative issues and meet deliverables and deadlines
