Job Description & Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an IT Support Analyst with strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills to provide onsite support in Washington, DC for a wide variety of applications.

You should have the ability to:
  • Provide support for existing applications and Microsoft Office 2010/Windows OS desktop applications
  • Develop queries, workflow processes, reports, and complete data analysis
  • Provide training on existing applications, develop new training materials, develop/update documentation
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule projects such as system upgrades, software development, and disaster recovery testing
  • Gather and document user requirements
  • Complete testing of application changes
Familiarity with Documentum (WebTop and/or D2) and eRoom applications preferred.
Familiarity with Process Workflow development using Documentum Process Builder, Records Management, Retention Policy services, and DQL is a plus.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; must have experience in one or more areas including telecommunication concepts, computer languages, operating systems, middleware, or database management systems.
  • U.S. Citizen able to obtain a security clearance (public trust level 5)
  • Professional with Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
  • Ability to plan and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work well with others, as well as independently
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Ability to perform in stressful situations and within tight time constraints
  • Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner
  • Ability to work occasional weekend/evening support
  • Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications
