Paladin Consulting is currently hiring ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Administrative Clerks to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Dearborn, MI.

Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Work Location: Dearborn, MI
Duration: Long-term contract
Education/Experience Required: Degree required or paralegal certification (associates acceptable).

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Looking for clerk to perform the following:
    • Format and input data from word documents into repositories
    • Answer calls and route issues to tech team (low volume)
    • Perform copy, print, scan in support of litigation requests
    • Index documents/perform QC
    • Tracking various requests with excel
    • Intake customer requests and push to operation
    • Miscellaneous as needed administrative tasks
    • Draft process documentation as requested
    • Convert and combine documents in PDF
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Looking for a candidate with strong skill set in Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong Excel and Word Skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe/pdf creation.
  • Prefer experience in litigation support - not required. If none, prefer candidate with administrative or technical experience.
  • Degree required or paralegal certification (associates acceptable).
  • Strong technical skills set that can be leveraged also a plus.
