Client Partner - Healthcare
Role: Client Partner – Healthcare Location: NY/NJ Role Summary We are looking for a seasoned Client Partner to drive growth and manage strategic relationships within the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) domain. This role will be responsible for owning key client accounts, expanding business opportunities, and delivering digital transformation and IT services solutions to healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities • Own and grow strategic healthcare client accounts with full P&L responsibility • Build strong relationships with CXOs, business, and IT stakeholders • Identify and drive new business opportunities (hunting + farming) • Sell and deliver IT services & digital transformation solutions, including: o Application modernization o Cloud transformation o Data & AI o Healthcare interoperability (FHIR, HL7) • Lead large deal pursuits, RFPs, and contract negotiations • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure successful execution • Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell strategies • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and trends (HIPAA, value-based care, etc.) Required Experience • 12–18+ years of experience in IT services/consulting • Strong experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain • Proven track record in account management and revenue growth • Experience managing large enterprise healthcare clients (payers, providers, medtech, pharma) • Demonstrated success in large deal closures ($5M+ deals preferred) • Experience working with global delivery models Preferred Background • Experience working with companies like: o IT Services: TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, HCLTech, LTIMindtree o Consulting: Deloitte, PwC, EY • Exposure to US healthcare ecosystem: o Providers (hospital systems) o Payers (insurance companies) o Life Sciences / MedTech Key Skills • Client Relationship Management • Healthcare Domain Expertise • Consultative Selling (MEDDIC preferred) • Digital Transformation Solutions • Stakeholder Management • Revenue & P&L Ownership Nice to Have • Experience with Epic, Cerner, or healthcare platforms • Understanding of AI/GenAI in healthcare
