We need a very strong ServiceNow Functional consultant who can double up as PM as well. They need not know coding but very strong process skills and configuration skills required.

Relevant experience required is minimum 4 to 5 years. Only ServiceNow.

Roles:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirements gathering and process mapping of processes
  • 5+ years of experience as BA in ServiceNow projects
  • Perform design or redesign of business processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date technical and administration documentation
  • Analyze, implement, and update processes to ensure client goals are met
  • Manage multiple projects or initiatives at one time
  • Facilitate or attend meetings with stakeholders, ensuring requirements and associatedworkflows meet the business needs, are technically sound and are easy to use
  • Perform validation testing of new workflows prior to releasing to the customer
  • Support functional testing and user acceptance
  • ServiceNow Project management

Qualifications:

Rich experience in implementing all ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM and HRSM

Minimum of four years' experience working with workflow design and business process

analysis

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow administrator experience preferred

Proven ability to effectively liaison between technical and business resources

Proactive problem solver and active learner, who is eager to learn and contribute

Self-starter who can run with a project after determining basic requirements
