Alliance Manager

Work with Digital Commerce partners to author and execute a strategic business plan for driving successful sales engagements that result in platform revenue for our platform partners and services revenue for DMI DCS business unit.

Build key relationships with platform partners like Oracle, Salesforce, Magento, and Commercetools at the field level with Marketing and Sales teams to drive co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.
  • Become one the platform partner's go-to partners for pre-sales and implementations.
  • Connect DCS and partner sales teams to enable co-selling of platform and consulting services solutions to prospects.
  • Conduct co-marketing planning and execution with platform partners to drive platform and services demand to feed business growth.

Own the relationship map, and drive and monitor cadence meetings, both with Partner field teams and with DMI internal field & practice teams - measured by partner feedback, executive connects, QBRs.

Develop a thorough understanding of partner products, roadmap, and strategic direction and provide inputs to deals and engagements - measured by alliance influence on DMI order book, represent DMI at partner & industry forums and events in the region.

Influence and facilitate global cooperation for complex multinational partner initiatives.

Participate in sales and delivery escalation resolution jointly with partner organization.

Ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

5-10 years of experience in ecommerce eco system driving successful partnerships between a System Integrator and ecommerce platform providers.

Good understanding of ecommerce technologies for our platform partners.

Candidate should be comfortable in dealing with senior level executives from platform providers.

Candidate need to be able to work hand in hand with sales team and delivery organizations to ensure sales opportunities are set-up to lead to successful projects and happy clients.

Candidate should have a track record of rolling up their sleeves to ensure co-marketing activities are planned and executed extremely well to drive successful qualified leads that have a strong likelihood to turn into revenue.

Solid communication and networking skills are necessary.

Previous experience as an alliance manager in particular with other Global System Integrators will be valuable.
