Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Domain specialist in Requisition to Pay area
  • Knowledge of the best practices in the Requisition to Pay space
  • Adept at designing and implementing solutions for clients
  • Client interaction during entire project lifecycle
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through on-time in-scope delivery of projects
  • Expertise in defining solution strategy and conducting workshops to gather customer requirements
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Prepare detailed functional specs for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms
  • Guide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints
  • Conduct user training
  • Facilitate integration and user acceptance testing
  • Support business users with process or system issues
  • Ability to guide customers on the sourcing strategies to be leveraged for different categories
  • 8+ years of implementation experience in area of Ariba Buying & Invoicing space with minimum 2 implementations where upstream and downstream Ariba solutions were involved/in scope
  • 4+ full cycle implementations of Ariba Buying & Invoicing
  • At least 1 implementation experience of on-demand/cloud Ariba Buying & Invoicing
  • 1+ years of business experience in large organization in procurement
  • Knowledge of Ariba SIPM, Ariba SLP and Ariba Contracts would be an added advantage
  • Must have Ariba Buying & Invoicing configuration, enhancement and customization experience
  • Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science
