Product Manager - Dallas, TX/ Santa Clara, CA

Person in this role will:
  • Be extremely well versed with Salesforce technology and products
  • Manufacturing and/or service industry domain is desirable
  • Have a strategic thinking. Look at the big picture and be able to influence and drive results even with there is no direct authority over the team members
  • Experienced product manager
  • Someone with a strong technical base, functional design skills; someone who can conceptually breakdown the business opportunity and effectively communicate to technical and management team.
  • Someone who can build a positive and productive relationship with internal technical team as well as Salesforce product teams will be a prerequisite while ensuring the decision-making process is efficient, thoughtful, and thorough
  • Own the overall product engagement with various Salesforce product teams including Service cloud, CPQ, Commerce and Einstein
  • Interface regularly with the customers and prospects to develop product development strategy and partnerships
  • Make decisions regarding priority of the initiatives

Essential qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management / solution engineering experience preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Good understanding of the Service cloud and FSL products
  • Experience working with Agile teams
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to drive people at all levels towards communicated goals
