Integration P&C Business Analyst

Position Type:Full Time/Contract

· 5-8 years of experience as P&C BA
· Experience of working with Guidewire Policycenter
· Integraion of Policycenter with extenral and internal systems.Experience in data mapping, use case prepartion for integration and test data preparation
· Should be able to work with numerous business and technology teams to gather requirements, document them and convert them to functional requirements
· Communicate and collaborate with clients to gather business and functional requirements and deliver artifacts such as FRD, BRD, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs
· Perform data analysis to validate business requirement
· Write SQL queries to extract data, understand patterns, relationships amongst disparate data sets and be able to harmonize them
· Perform logical data modeling and establishing proposed system flows
· Explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews
· Provide IT test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed
· Traditional SDLC environment – need a strong background in software development, integration and business processes
· Must have P&C Insurance experience
· Must have experience of working on Policy Admin and Billing
· Agile/Scrum experience (preferred)
