Role Requirement:
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Have a solid local business network
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking functions, sales & marketing campaigns and referrals
  • Working across teams to put across proposals and drive it to closure (both internal and customer)
  • Have a minimum 10 -15 yrs experience in the Semiconductor Industry
  • Have a strong understanding of the Semiconductor market/roadmap
  • Proven track record in selling end to end Semiconductor Services & Solutions to Fab and Fabless companies

Key Requirement:
  • A proven Semiconductor background working for large Design services companies or Semiconductor (Fab and Fabless) companies in the areas of Telecommunications/Networking in the past/current
  • A good technical understanding of all semiconductor domain and services such as:
    • Embedded SW experience in silicon/semi space with hands on past experience in design/development, device bring-up and testing
    • Deep understanding of all operating systems, Unix/Linux, Windows and custom OS. Exposure to Bios, firmware and bootloader
    • Knowledge in domains like Auto, IoT, Security with exposure to NFV/SDN and Machine Learning
    • Experience/Exposure in the following areas:
      • Front end design/development (Specs to RTL)
      • Back end design/development (Netlist to GDSII)
      • Knowledge/Exposure to all Fab Houses (TSMC, Client etc)
      • Good understanding of all Telecom/Networking, Consumer, Datacenter standards/protocols
      • Sound level of knowledge in Product Engineering
  • You will be able to liaise with all levels of customer from Engineering Managers to C-Level Executives
  • Having sold embedded SW related services in semiconductor Industry in the last few years
  • Ability to accurately forecast and manage a sales pipeline in order to achieve and exceed targets in line with organizations objectives
