Job Description
Experience and skills levels in the following areas are essential:
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in selling digital, automation, and analytics as part of value proposition for infrastructure sales
  • Excellent project/people management skills.Must meet engagement timelines 100% of the time.
  • Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Proven track record of working at CxO levels for large Infrastructure Services deals
  • Experience in leading large infrastructure services TCV > 100M for data center, network, service desk and desktop computing
  • Experience working with 3rd party outsourcing advisors
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing
  • Proven track record negotiating large infrastructure deals
  • Deep understanding of the metrics, tactics and strategies associated with multi-year outsourcing pricing including base-case building
  • Understanding of infrastructure technology including:
    • Enterprise Computing (Servers, DB, Networks, Storage, Mainframe, Middleware, etc.)
    • Service desk technologies (automation, BOTs, global delivery model, etc.)
    • Desktop technologies (VDI, O365, Field Services, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with onsite-offshore solution and delivery teams for deals pursuit and an understanding of the global delivery model
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
The following responsibilities will be required:
  • Identify contacts and decision makers in the prospective clients working along with the vertical business leaders
  • Meet revenue targets as defined.
  • Build credibility across verticals and enhance company view of Global Infrastructure Services
  • Laisse with 3rd party advisors to educate them on products and services
  • Meet with C-level execs to deliver value-proposition and differentiators
  • Manage teams end-to-end to:
  • Create proposals with differentiated value proposition
  • Provide competitive (profitable) pricing
  • Respond to legal MSA negotiation requests
  • Fluency in English – Written and Oral
  • Well versed in cloud, digital, automation, and analytics
