Job Description

We are looking for a solution consultant responsible for digital consulting engagements with strong digital banking and financial services experience. The person would work towards leading consulting engagements with strong banking and financial services experience, build point of view and thought leadership in banking and financial services industry. The person should have experience with digital ecosystem.

  • Translate concepts into solutions
  • Build point of view and thought leadership in banking financial services
  • Drive digital offerings in BFS domain
  • Facilitate client workshops.
  • Identify business problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Aware of the latest in technology, and business trends
  • Take a user-centered design approach
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

  • Around 10 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision.
  • Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
  • Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Be passionate about all things business and technology
  • Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment as a self-starter with little supervision.
