  • Digital Consultant
    • Responsible for managing the product backlog
      • working with brand teams to identify gaps in current platform
      • Work with the technical team in defining the roadmpa for the product
      • Work with the existing agencies in understanding the  future requirements and translating to the needs of the CRM platform
      • Work with the project management team in scoping releases for the future
      • Status reporting
    • Experience with digital marketing and consulting with Consumer Goods company
    • Defining customer experience and engagement strategies
    • Expertise on CRM, Marketing Automation
    • Understanding of marketing campaigns across channels – web, mobile, social
    • Understanding of omnichannel strategies and execution
    • Work with brand managers, marketers to aid in defining future marketing strategies using customer 360 toolkit
    • Engage with CXO level contacts
    • Broad understanding of any campaign or marketing automation related tools in the market – Unica, SFMC, marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign etc.
    • Understanding of ad-tech ecosystem and Data Management Platform (DMP)
    • Experience with Customer Hub, Customer 360, Marketing Analytics
    • Experience in dealing with a multi brand ecosystem for rolling out a product . Managing a product backlog, performing gap analysis and other product owner responsibilities

      • Using Machine learning or Artificial Intelligence or Personalization in marketing campaigns
    • Preferred past experience – Experience with Big 5 Digital consulting e.g Client Digital, Wipro Digital, Cognizant, IBM etc.
