Role: Practice Head
Responsible for Company's Cloud & Cyber Security service offerings
Ability to create differentiated solutions to customers & evangelize the services with CxOs in customer organization
Should have experience in Azure, AWS, GCP & Security solutions with strong communication, presentation & customer management skills
Should have experience in large solution design, consulting experience in Cloud & Cyber Security Solutions
Manage relationships with product vendor in Cloud and Cyber Security space
Ability to write and publish industry thought papers / whitepapers and manage webinars. Represent Marlabs in Industry forums
Proven experience in Risk Management & Compliance in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities)
Should have extensive experience with crafting and estimating Infrastructure and Cloud solutions, Migration methodology and tools
Working closely with Sales, Account Managers and Delivery managers on proposal responses
Building and growing the Practice Revenues, Profits, People, Capability
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Strong understanding of Cloud & Cyber Security technologies & services such as SIEM, Endpoint detection & Response, Identity & Access Management, Data Loss prevention in a Hybrid and multi-cloud environment
Responsible for building and maturing partnerships with Cloud providers, Security vendors & services ecosystem
Responsible for conducting practice outreach activities such as Webinars, Workshops, industry conference presentations, lunch & learns etc.
Responsible for DevSecOps services
Represent the company in Industry conferences, technical & customer forums/meetups on Cloud & Security related thought leadership
Define the Practice vision/strategy/goals; set a 3-5 years aspirational plan & execute/implement the same
Responsible for driving Practice Revenue and profitability
Establish/Position the practice capability to prospects/customers in the next 3 years this would include but will not be limited to - analyst coverage; Thought leadership or technology papers, positive references to clients; become one of the top 3 partners in our existing clients or identified set customers.
