Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Direct overall research, strategy, and design activities of a UX team to align consumer grade experiences with enterprise solutions
  • Specialize in elevating the role of customer-centric design practices within organizations, driving strategic innovation and leading cross functional teams
  • Experience in user research, strategy, conceptual design, and innovation design

  • Create and deliver new customer experiences across all digital platforms and user segments
  • Experience with Enterprise applications & collaboration, portal mobile apps & sites, digital marketing and e-Commerce
  • User Experience (UX) strategy and execution to design and craft meaningful digital experiences for organizations.
