Euclid Innovations is looking for a meticulous and process-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to manage our India-based human resources operations and payroll coordination. You will play a vital role in our US/India staffing model, handling everything from candidate background verification and offer rollouts to complex bench management and client compliance. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of statutory compliance in India while maintaining the speed and accuracy required for international staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end Offer Rollout process and lead the Contractor Onboarding journey to ensure a seamless "day one" experience.
• Payroll & Timesheets: Coordinate monthly payroll cycles and manage the Timesheet collection process for both internal employees and contractors.
• Bench Management: Track and manage the "bench" (unallocated talent), ensuring proactive communication with the recruitment and sales teams for redeployment.
• Compliance & BGV: Execute rigorous Background Verification (BGV) processes and ensure all Client Compliance standards are met before a candidate starts.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external staffing vendors and third-party service providers.
• US/India Staffing Model: Assist in the operational management of the cross-border staffing model, ensuring alignment between US client requirements and India-based talent.
