We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruitment/Delivery Manager with a strong background in US IT staffing and recruitment delivery. The role involves managing the complete candidate lifecycle for contract and full-time requirements, from screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure quality submissions and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and evaluate candidates submitted by recruiters based on technical skills, communication, availability, and fitment.
  • Conduct detailed candidate discussions covering project experience, motivation, and reason for job change.
  • Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries.
  • Coordinate interviews, confirmations, and candidate preparation.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and next steps.
  • Manage selected candidates through offer release, onboarding, and notice period to reduce dropouts.
  • Coordinate with candidates and clients for onboarding activities at client locations.
  • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to prioritize open requirements and meet delivery targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems, trackers, and reports.
  • Escalate hiring bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for all selected candidates.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in US IT staffing, recruitment delivery, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong experience working with direct clients and hiring managers.
  • Proven expertise in candidate screening, validation, and client submissions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools, Excel, and reporting.
