Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to manage and expand our Product Sales, Program Sales, and Recruitment Sales portfolio. This role requires a strong sales acumen, ability to understand client needs, and experience in building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should be able to drive revenue growth across multiple sales channels, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and contribute to overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sales
  • Drive sales of company products (SaaS/Software/Hardware/Services, as applicable).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase product adoption.
  • Present product demos, proposals, and solutions to prospects.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Program Sales
  • Sell organizational programs such as training, development, consulting, or subscription-based services.
  • Engage with corporate clients to promote value-driven programs aligned with their business needs.
  • Achieve revenue targets by converting leads into long-term program partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Recruitment Sales
  • Promote and sell recruitment and staffing solutions to corporate clients.
  • Identify client hiring needs and offer customized recruitment services.
  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients in domestic and/or international markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing models.
General Sales Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all segments.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for product, program, and recruitment sales.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and industry events.
  • Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Maintain CRM data and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams for client success.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of B2B Sales, Recruitment Solutions, and Program Selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Sales, Program Sales, or Recruitment Sales.
  • Experience in HR/Staffing, SaaS, or Consulting industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
