Euclid Innovations is seeking a seasoned Sr. Finance Manager to lead our Finance Operations and Statutory Compliance. This is a critical leadership role designed for a financial expert who thrives on precision, transparency, and regulatory excellence. You will oversee the entire financial lifecycle—from GST and TDS filings to Payroll Governance and Audit Management. Using tools like Zoho Books and Razorpay, you will ensure Euclid Innovations remains 100% compliant with Indian labor laws and financial regulations while providing strategic reporting to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance: Take full ownership of GST, PF, PT, and Client handling, including timely filings, returns, and reconciliations.
• Payroll Governance: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for India operations using modern platforms (e.g., Razorpay), ensuring accuracy in disbursements and tax withholdings.
• Audit & Legal: Lead the company through Internal and External Audits, ensuring all financial records meet statutory standards and labor law requirements.
• Financial Operations: Manage daily accounting functions, including vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring via Zoho Books.
• Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and statutory returns, acting as the primary point of contact for legal and financial compliance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver high-level financial reports, P&L analysis, and budget forecasts to assist management in strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 8–15 years of hands-on experience in Finance Operations, specifically within the IT/Staffing or Services sector.
• Must-Have Skills: Expert-level knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, Client, and Professional Tax (PT).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Zoho Books and payroll tools like Razorpay, Keka, or greytHR.
• Audit Mastery: Proven track record of managing complex statutory audits and resolving compliance discrepancies.
• Education: CA, ICWA, or M.Com (Finance) is highly preferred.
• Traits: Exceptional integrity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage strict regulatory deadlines
