Platform Engineer with deep experience in Linux, Azure Cloud, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation. Hands-on skills in Terraform and Ansible are required. Knowledge of Databricks is good to have.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure.

• Manage and optimize Linux-based systems and cloud workloads.

• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform (modules, state mgmt, deployments).

• Implement configuration automation using Ansible.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, and cloud automation.

• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Application teams.

• Troubleshoot platform, OS, network, and infrastructure issues.

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps.

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).

• Expertise with Azure Cloud (VMs, networking, storage, AKS, IAM).

• Strong experience with Terraform (IaC pipelines, reusable modules).

• Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

• Strong understanding of cloud networking, RBAC, monitoring, and governance.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role aligned to US hours.
