We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Regulatory Risk experience to support key risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise delivering programs across regulatory risk, capital rules, data governance, and risk controls, with proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Front Office, and Technology).

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Banking or Financial Services.

• Strong domain experience in Regulatory Risk (Basel, FRTB, CCAR, Stress Testing, Model Risk, Operational Risk, or Credit Risk frameworks).

• Good understanding of key risk concepts: VaR, sensitivities/Greeks, capital calculations, exposures, RWA, controls, and risk data flows.

• Proven ability to manage large cross-functional programs (Risk, Compliance, Front Office, Finance, and Technology).

• Solid experience with project governance: planning, RAID logs, scope management, reporting.

• Hands-on experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with MDs and senior regulators.
