✅ Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow ITOM Development & Implementation

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM Suite, including:

  • Discovery

  • Service Mapping

  • CMDB

  • Event Management

  • Orchestration / Workflow Automation

• Develop and maintain MID Servers, credentials, probes, sensors, and patterns for Discovery.

• Build and maintain CMDB data models, reconciliation rules, and data quality dashboards.

• Create and enhance service maps for critical applications and infrastructure.

• Implement integration solutions using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.

Event & Operational Monitoring

• Configure Event Management rules, alerts, event correlation, and mapping to services.

• Integrate monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix) into ServiceNow.

Automation & Orchestration

• Develop Orchestration workflows, runbooks, and automation for routine operational tasks.

• Analyze Discovery failures, pattern issues, credential problems, and MID Server errors.
