1. Experience managing CyberArk SaaS Privilege Cloud & the Components Infrastructure.
2. Good understanding of Tenant Management, Secure Tunnel & Cloud Connectors.
3. Experience in managing CyberArk Onboarding activities, onboarding accounts via RESTAPI, manual & bulk onboarding.
4. Creating new safes, accounts, platforms in CyberArk and linking of new platforms to CyberArk.
5. Securely managing and monitoring privileged account access to target hosts using PSM & PSMP.
6. Good understanding of LDAP & AD Federation. Knowledge of secure integrations with external services: LDAP/S, RADIUS, etc.
7. Knowledge on the various CyberArk Client components & the logical units.

1. Managing passwords (Verification, change and reconciliation) & ensure compliance of privileged accounts.
2. Understanding of the user sessions directed through PSM and PSMP.
3. Create/Modifying master policy and producing reports on various safes and user activities.
4. Perform health check on the CyberArk infrastructure and monitoring of the various components.
5. Knowledge on the Client Reporter and Telemetry.
6. Troubleshoot configuration and connectivity issues related to PAM service, its components including network connectivity issues & Load Balancing.
7. Troubleshoot connectivity issues to targets based on the error messages & logs.
8. Managing CyberArk components and Server patching including the Vaults.
9. Good Knowledge on Linux Red Hat 7/8, Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server Administration, Database targets, LDAP, AD, IAM and Networking concepts including firewall and routing.
10. Should have good knowledge of CyberArk Disaster recovery, failover and failback mechanisms.
11. Knowledge on the Vault Data Backup.
12. Deployment of applications to CyberArk and administration of privilege accounts.
13. Responsible for handling complex & Escalated Incidents and Requests.
14. Responsible for Change Management & realize all deliveries prepared/announced during CAB/Change Advisory board (with chronogram of delivery, communication, …)
15. Provide required inputs to stakeholders involved in case of critical incidents like outages.
16. Ensure KPI compliance for all incidents and service calls.
17. Adhere to documented notification and escalation process.
18. Be a good team player & participate in regular reviews with the team.
19. Knowledge on the basics of PowerShell & Python will be an added advantage.
20. CyberArk Defender/Sentry/CPC-PAM will be an addon.
