Scrum Lead – Agile Transformation (SAFe Certified)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to drive Agile transformation initiatives within our Corporate Finance Technology division. The ideal candidate will be SAFe certified and have a proven track record of leading enterprise-level Agile projects. This individual will play a critical role in aligning teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact technology solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead one or more Scrum teams in Agile/Scrum practices and SAFe framework implementation.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach to cross-functional teams.

  • Identify and resolve impediments to ensure successful delivery of sprints and program increments.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog.

  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and continuously improve team performance.

  • Coordinate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and other team leads across ARTs.

  • Track key metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles; at least 3 years as a Scrum Lead or Scrum Master.

  • SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and enterprise Agile transformation.

  • Experience working in Corporate Finance Technology or with finance-related platforms.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead multiple teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale Agile transformations within financial services or banking.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or VersionOne.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance tech projects.
