Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage multiple recruitment teams within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, coordination, and delivery management skills, with a deep understanding of IT recruitment processes and experience working directly with end clients, and the foresight to anticipate future hiring needs.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can go into the details, understand bottlenecks in the recruitment cycle, and offer practical, data-driven solutions. The right candidate will be a performance-oriented taskmaster who drives team accountability, aligns recruitment strategies with business goals, and ensures successful delivery across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with recruitment team leads to track progress on open IT requirements, candidate submissions, and onboarding activities for India-based clients.
  • Monitor consultants rolling off projects and proactively redeploy them into matching openings across client accounts.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates for direct end-client requirements.
  • Forecast upcoming client needs by analyzing hiring trends, pipeline activity, and project transitions, and proactively build a talent bench/resource pool to support those needs.
  • Serve as a taskmaster—driving team accountability, setting KPIs, and maintaining performance standards across delivery units.
  • Deep dive into operational issues, identify inefficiencies or blockers, and implement effective, data-backed solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and business leaders to align delivery strategies with evolving client priorities.
  • Report regularly on recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, and onboardings) and suggest process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving within the teams.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in recruitment delivery/operations management
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment teams and delivering to direct end clients.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, hiring trends, and technical skillsets across various domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast client needs and build ready-to-deploy candidate pools to meet upcoming demand.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive both strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and performance analytics is a plus.
