Vendor acknowledges and agrees that the use of this Workforce Management Tool ("WMT”) and any Services procured or PO/Orders generated in conjunction with the WMT will be subject to and governed by a certain Master Agreement, including Attachment(s) (i.e. Contingent Labor Attachment), and Transaction Documents in effect between Vendor and Wells Fargo (collectively the "Agreement”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meaning given in the Agreement. By clicking "I Accept These Terms” below or by the act of performance in accordance with an Order or PO as applicable, Vendor (also referred to within WMT as supplier or supplier organization) hereby acknowledges and certifies its compliance with all requirements of the Agreement, including but not limited to Vendor's background check obligations under the Agreement and that any additional terms, conditions or definitions set forth as a work order summary (as that term may be used in WMT) are superseded by the terms and conditions set forth herein this paragraph . In the event of contrary or inconsistent terms and conditions herein, including as applicable, a PO or Order in conjunction with the WMT, the Agreement will govern and control.
