 Scope Of Role
  • Servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.
  • This is a static service / maintenance role at a prestigious customer site in Central London.
  • Be the face of Client to our customers and end-users, learn solution development and delivery of Client products
  • Pre-planned maintenance of Client systems
  • Reactive maintenance of Client systems
  • Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
  • Validate customer request
You Must Have
Strong level of service, maintenance and commissioning experience within the Client field
We Value
  • Previous experience working on Centraline/Tridium systems  (not mandatory)
  • Previous technical/installation experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Good presentation skills
