HRIS Analyst I

Location: MELVILLE, New York
Candidate will be responsible for the support and maintenance of all Human Resources technology for a major global company. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst I supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.  Build productive internal/external working relationships
 
Specific Skill Sets -
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fully competent in Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, ADP Enterprise Payroll or similar systems
  • Advanced report writing
  • Project management
  • Discretion in working with highly confidential/sensitive data
