The
 EDI analyst is a support analyst responsible for analyzing the issue, opening support tickets and getting open tickets resolved.
What the candidate will do:
  • Support and resolving open tickets
  • Interface with IBM/Sterling on mapping issues
  • Liaison between the business units and IBM support team
  • Creating and documenting business flow which relates to Business system
  • Developing and executing various test plans
  • Providing on-call technical support
  • Meet the decided deadlines for the assigned tasks
  • Deliver training sessions to the newly joined fellow associates
 
What we are looking for
  • Expert analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal as well as written
  • Ability to detect problem and to provide recommendations for resolution of the problem
  • Knowledge of EDI standards specifications especially 810, 820, 850, 875
  • Effective coordination with other employees and partners
 
Huge Plus if you have
  • Past experience in supporting EDI environment
  • Oracle Ecommerce Gateway experience
