NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER - FULL-TIME CONSUTING
We are looking for a candidates who has 6+ years IT work experience • 3+ years infrastructure experience • 3+ years network infrastructure experience • 3+ years project management experience in technology, applications, or operations • Knowledge and understanding of IT architectures and business processes • Strong written and verbal communications (English) • Strong interpersonal and networking skills • Experience in working in a distributed IT environment • Experience in managing external vendor relationships • Experience in managing outsourced vendor partners • Proficient with MS-Office, including Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate is expected to be capable of leading one or more projects, for one or more functional areas within the corporate environment. Emphasis is on network infrastructure projects, including voice, data, and telephony, delivered through internal and external IT resources, including outsource vendor partners, to thousands of sites distributed across the U.S., and tens of thousands of end users.
KEY Our candidate will lead and direct projects which often require cross-functional resources, vendor resources, outsourcing partners, and integration and interaction with business key users and project sponsors • Interfaces with senior leaders and executive level management • Presents project status and issues to senior level personnel, and prepares formal presentations for executive level personnel • Conducts regular meetings with project team and senior management, documenting the current status of projects including technical, schedule and financial issues that may be present • Manages projects from original concept through final implementation - interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, and vendors • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables • Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) • Responsible for assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources as needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project • Manages financial aspects of the project against assigned budgets • Overall responsibility for the project • Assist and review all startup and planning documents • Manages the scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual project tasks • Monitors team dynamics and team accountability related to delivery commitments • Assigns project tasks and coordinate resources, including the review of individual issues and concerns (e.g., vacation and time-off requests) and resolving or escalating such issues as needed • Manages (e.g., tracks, updates, reviews) the dashboard and executive reports using metric data • Establishes and enforces the use of the project's Change Control process• Establishes and enforces the use of the project's Communication Plan • Supports the development and expansion of the Project Management Office • Continuously improves project management toolkits and methodologies • Continues professional development through educational opportunities, seminars, conferences, etc.

LOCATION • Horsham, PA • Limited travel
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative or business discipline . • Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional desired
