Helpdesk Specialist - A+ certification

Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland
Provide installation, break/fix, and upgrade of hardware for client devices running Windows OS. Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, web browsers, and McAfee and Bitlocker.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE BASE INCLUDES
Experience in computer deployment and imaging.
3 years of experience in break/fix including printers and UPS backup.

Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing printers, peripherals, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office, and performing virus and malware removal.

WE REQUIRE
A+ certification.
Associates degree, 60 credit hours completed in computer science or information management, or 3 years of experience providing Tier 2 Desktop Support services in an enterprise environment (250 or more users).
