Director, Business Development

Location: Rockville, Maryland
Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet corporate goals and sales quota in the DoD focused Federal Market.
Develop Win Strategy and Capture Plan for targeted opportunities.
Determine customer technical solutions, identify key personnel and potential teaming partners, assess the pricing strategy, determined PTW, etc.
Conduct gap analysis between win strategy requirements and current company capabilities.

CLEARANCE: Clearable             Travel: 10%

YOU
Demonstrated experience with the successful capture of large Federal opportunities +$50M.
Experience conducting competitive analyses (i.e. Black Hat Review).
Excel in proactive relationship-building with key/high level people in Federal agencies, program managers, teaming partners, and support teams.
Identify and qualify new opportunities; and see the big picture of growth and success.
Practice nimble responsiveness and consistency in completing tasks and meeting quotas.
Participate as an independent proposal evaluator in all major proposals reviews.
Have the excellent written and verbal communications skills.

YOUR KNOWLEDGEBASE INCLUDES
The development, negotiation and execution of all Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Teaming Agreements (TA) for the opportunity).
Experience collaborating with Proposal Managers to create plans for the proposal development phases.

WE REQUIRE
A dynamic leader, motivator, communicator, and problem solver.
Bachelor's degree in technical-related field; MBA helpful.
7-10 years of direct experience with capture and business development is required (Federal Government).
