QA Specialist

Required Experience:
4-6 years' experience in all phases of the QA cycle
2-4 years' experience of managing multiple QA analyst running multiple QA cycles.
Proven expertise with Remedy, Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    QA/Product Management Responsibilities
•    Serve as the primary point of contact to all internal and external stakeholders, clients and  team members for assigned products.
•    Facilitate stakeholders, Management, and the CST GTM at monthly product meetings to establish the priority for requirements at the respective stage of the lifecycle.
•    Manage expectations of stakeholders.
•    Communicate to Management and product team members all status, metrics, needs, delivery issues and challenges related to the product.
•    Manage within the Team the scheduling of all tasks, meetings and action items related to the product.
•    Perform any additional duties per the role of Product Manager.
•    Lead or plan IV&V testing and recommendations for remediation of problems.
•    Document plans, analyses, evaluation results, recommendations and projections.
•    Lead or install, configure, test and troubleshoot problems with required hardware.
