Location: Fort Detrick, MD 21702

Note: OpenText Content Server Support: Services for the expanded implementation of the CS 10 or newer Application.

Job Description:
Contractor shall provide contract Client equivalent (CME) positions to provide support services for the expanded implementation of the Content Server (LIVELINK) application within USAMRMC. Tasks to be performed by the contractor staff include the following:
OpenText Content Server Consulting:
  • Business Process Analysis/Operational Modeling
  • Workflow Design, Development, and Customization
  • Designing and Implementing OpenText Content Server Forms
  • Implementation of Records Management Module within Content Server
  • Creation, Configuration, and Editing Web forms to provide easy data entry and retrieval
  • OpenText Content Server System Administration to include managing Users & Groups, Permissions, and Security within OpenText Content Server
  • Other Customization of the OpenText Content Server User Interface, as required; and
  • Content Server End-User training
  • Program Management of the OpenText Content Server Implementation efforts
  • Plan for migration of OpenText Content Server content and workflows into SharePoint

LIVELINK Technical Support:
  • Workflow Design, Development, and Customization
  • Designing and Implementing OpenText Content Server Forms
  • Managing the OpenText Content Server Schema and Developing OpenText Content Server Queries/Reports
  • Content Server System Administration to include managing Users & Groups, Permissions, Security, and System Configuration within OpenText Content Server
  • Customization of the OpenText Content Server Application Programming Interface (API) using OpenText Content Server Builder
  • OpenText Content Server End-User training

Specific program areas to be supported include, but are not limited to, the Business Process Reengineering of the USAMRMC Partnership Agreement Lifecycle by the USAMRMC Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO) and the USAMRMC Intellectual Property supporting documentation maintained by the USAMRMC Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA). Implementations of the OpenText Content Server application in support of other areas within HQS USAMRMC, as they are identified, will be included under the scope of this requirement.

Required Experience:
6-8years of relevant experience.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Management, Physical Science, or other technically related discipline.

Desired Experience:
At least 6-8 years of experience in a position with a similar size and scope.

Required Certification(s):
All staff are required to be at IAT Level II (described in DoD 8570.01M) and certified in their own CE.
