Mindlance, Inc. (Union, NJ) seeks Business Development Manager (Service Delivery) to plan, mng, strategize and grow the sales of company's IT svcs to clients incldng various Federal Government agencies.
Wrk with the sales team to formulate, define and implmnt sales strategies and plans to promote and customize company's IT svcs.
Assist the proposal team in writing techncl proposals on various RFI/RFP.
Assist the dvlpmnt team to understand client reqmnts in order to customize and implmnt software solutions.
Provide sales support to entire sales efforts; plan techncl support to the installed client base.
Procure and renew orders from clients and arrange timely and quality deliverables.
Prep and deliver techncl presentations; and prvd techncl and non-technical spprt and svcs to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of various applications.
Dvlp strategies to penetrate targeted accounts within the Federal Govnmnt sector to gnrte awareness and interest for company's svcs.
Mng and build strong relationships in client accounts; identify, establish, grow and maintain potential business partners, and negotiate and manage strategic relationships with partners and vendors.
Must have a Master's deg in Cmp Sci, Mngmnt Info Sys, Buss Admin, Mngmnt or rltd and 3 yrs of exp; or Bachelor's deg in the above mentioned and 5 years of experience.
May travel and relocated to various unanticipated sites throughout the US.
