Associate's Degree or 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare Marketing, Contracting, Audits or related discipline a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience preferred
3 – 5 Years administrative, customer service and/or IT application experience, compliance experience related to Pharmaceutical/Healthcare.

Job Responsibilities
• Interfaces daily with Marketing, Sales Learning, Medical, Market Access, Worldwide Commercial/Medical and R&D
• Implements and manages Consultant Engagements in SPECTRUM and Veeva Event Management
• Provides technical assistance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SPECTRUM and Veeva Event Management systems and process support for Consultant Engagements
• Ensures engagements are entered, approved and tracked in SPECTRUM and Veeva Event Management systems
• Provides daily support and training for internal system users, concierge teams and suppliers for new users and new enhancements
• Provides trouble shooting support and escalates key issues to ensure all Compliance policies and procedures are met

Job Requirements
Technical/system skills: Expert ability using, and guiding others to use, complex IT systems and applications. Demonstrated ability to navigate and trouble shoot standard Client document systems including SPECTRUM, Veeva Event Management System, Vitalize, and Microsoft suite.

Project management skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task, with precise attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness and follow-through. Careful and conscientious attention to following work processes, procedures, GPS guiding principles, HCP Portal and Customer Master.

Customer service experience: Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills, particularly with remote clients (i.e., Suppliers). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume, sometimes high pressure, work environment, Ability to confidently raise issues and participate in problem solving as required.

Communication skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal and external clients. Proficient delivery of clear, concise written and verbal communications, particularly for detail, sometimes complex, information. Confident ability to raise issues and participate in conflict resolution.

Business acumen: Basic understanding of Client business processes, products and healthcare industry dynamics.

Additional skills: Team player with ability to work effectively in Client matrix culture. Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong sense of initiative and urgency.
