WW QSS QA/Cutover Lead

Create test orders, maintain master data setup in our SAP test systems
• Create and maintain SAP's product and master data in test environment
• Create and maintain SAP's variant configuration in test environment
• Create and maintain product bill of materials if needed in test environment
• Well versed in SAP and order creation
• Work closely with multiple teams to define and document test automation requirements and enhancements
• Design and develop robust automation framework
• Write automated tests for high-performance and internet scale services
• Write and maintain code & frameworks to verify the correctness of software automation tools
• Perform automation test activities according to current standards and policies
• Monitor team testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected
• Enhance automation test cases as needed due to testing issues encountered
• Actively identify areas of automation and provide automation solutions to improve the process
• Contribute to the quality strategy of the test automation products
• Manage test automation suite and test environment
• Participates in technical and functional design meetings to ensure requirements are clearly defined and testable
• Ability to identify and write test scenarios, test cases and scripts as needed. This includes modular, End-to-End and Cross Functional Scripts, etc.
• Ensures the existence of development and test environment standards
• Responsible for the management and execution of detailed test plans to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements
• Responsible for test project status reporting, defect tracking and risk assessments
• Coordinates with assigned IT, Project Manager, Business Analysts, Operations, Product Support and Development members to deliver a solid platform for the business users to conduct UAT
• Supports release deploys and production issues to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Participate in Systems' Deployment/Cutover and Readiness activities
• Develop and maintain key UAT documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success (ie UAT Test Scenarios and Scripts, UAT Planning, etc)
• Gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements and design specifications
• Facilitate project-related testing, roll-out, and lessons learned work
• Provide innovative leadership in implementation of improved/standardized QA techniques
• Influence and direct project teams to follow the defined approach/processes within WW Ops BPR
• Prepare detailed schedules with target dates for deliverables, prioritizes and monitor activities
• Measure and track testing results in test management tool
• Act as a liaison between the business teams and IS&T to ensure that the business requirements are complete and met by the proposed technology solutions
• Provide functional subject matter expertise.
•Partner with Business, IS&T, Quality Services, and other support teams to coordinate and facilitate the scheduling, incident triage and timely resolution of production issues.
•Invoke crisis management process and follow up on issues to ensure that root-cause and corrective action is provided.
•Perform problem coordination for major problems and issues. Act as communications hub. Set up and moderate conference calls. Manage hierarchical and functional escalations. Communicate with IS&T management team via email and telephone.

Work with IS&T and Quality Services teams to ensure submitted changes have undergone appropriate test and quality control before release into the technical environment and the appropriate change controls are raised for every in-scope application change to protect the IS&T environment against unauthorized changes.
