Business Systems Analyst

Location: Austin, Texas
Responsible for supporting Global Compensation Services team in gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying possible solutions, testing of systems functionality, and managing implementation and process change.

Key Qualifications

• Requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to develop solutions according to changing business needs.

• Customer focused
• Must be able to work independently and drive project initiatives
• Familiar with Payroll and/or HR best practices for Americas, EMEIA, or APAC regions.
• Experience with testing system solutions and coordinating User Acceptance Testing
• Project Management or Project Lead experience is a plus
• Experience with designing, testing, and implementing HR System to Payroll data interfaces is a plus


Other Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with external vendors and various internal organizations, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and IS&T in projects requiring the development of automated/systematic solutions involving confidential data.
• Creation and documentation of process flows
• Ensuring the accuracy and security of confidential information in a SOX-compliant environment.

Additional Information

• Experience with HR and Payroll systems, such as SAP HR, ADP Globalview, and Kronos is a plus.
• Some travel may be required
