GRAPHIC DESIGNER: DIGITAL BRAND & SOCIAL

Join Telecommunication’s in-house creative studio as we bring the Un-carrier brand to life in digital and create engaging, helpful, and unique experiences for our users. We’re looking for a rockstar digital Graphic Designer who will help us push the creative envelope for Telecommunication’s social, web, and digital branded experiences. Must be flexible, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines and be open to receiving and applying feedback from multiple stakeholders.

At the Digital Creative Studio, we care less about how many years’ experience you have, and more about the ideas you bring, your creativity, and your visual design chops. We’re a fast-paced environment with a tight-knit, fun company culture and awesome perks. Culture fit is very important to us, you’ll need to be a strong collaborator, have a get-$h!t-done attitude (and no other kind of attitude), be accountable for your deadlines and work quality, and be rad. That’s right—totally rad.

As a member of the fast-growing Telecommunication Digital Creative Studio, you’ll work on a variety of digital campaigns, projects and creative explorations with stakeholders in the digital group, marketing teams and across company. You’ll be able to expand your skills in a group of awesome multi-discipline digital designers. And you’ll be working for a brand that cares deeply about its customers, employees, and making a positive impact on the world around us.

As a member of the digital creative team, we’ll trust you with:
• Creating compelling brand and offer campaigns for social, web and apps
• Maintaining the visual standards for the brand in all digital experiences
• Translate and design compelling visual concepts that meet brief requirements
• Learn and follow creative process guidelines
• Creating working prototypes
• Presenting work to stakeholders and creative leads and providing rationale for design decisions
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver “best practices” of social content and execute successful social media campaigns
When they ask how you landed such a sweet gig, you might list qualifications, like:
• 3+ years’ experience designing for digital platforms with formal design training, agency experience preferred
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and how to apply them in practice
• Experience working on multiple projects at a time, within tight deadlines
• A highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to work through a creative project from start to finish
• Conceptual digital work in your portfolio
• Understanding of user-centered design and development processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
