Position Overview :
The purpose of this position is to provide telephone and clerical support for Client staff. The general function is to receive and direct visitors, as well as to answer the telephone promptly, courteous, and efficiently, direct calls to the appropriate person, and take messages when necessary.
This position is also responsible for distribution of mail and incoming fax documents.

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors.
Prepare, receive, and distribute FedEx packages, incoming mail, faxes, and other deliveries to office staff.
Assist office personnel on clerical assignments on request;

Other responsibilities as assigned
3 – 4 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
At least 3 years of administrative support work experience
At least 4 years' experience answering busy telephones for office environment.
At least 4 years of successful face to face customer service experience.
High School diploma

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Managing various projects, work, etc.
Providing outstanding customer service
Developing and maintaining positive customer rapport
Organizational skills
