  • Designs, reviews, analyzes, and maintains VoiceSystems specifically Cisco UCCE systems .
  • The candidate needs expert knowledge of CUCM,ICM, CVP,CVP Studio and needs to design, configure and implement a UCCE system including Finesse, CVP, PG and CUCM servers.
  • The candidate will also configure contact center adjuncts like, CUIC Reporting, NICE Contact Quality, Verint, and Aspect Work Force Management.
  • The candidate needs working knowledge of Network routing, VM, Storage, Firewall and server based technologies.
  • In addition, the candidate also needs expert knowledge of Telecommunication and Telecommunication Toll Free services including carrier systems including Telecommunication Route It, Telecommunication SIP Toll Free Telecommunication Business Direct and Telecommunication Inbound and Outbound Network Manager.
  • The position requires direct interaction with business users to make suggestions to end users regarding voice communications software and hardware solutions, and offers support and troubleshooting.
  • Ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features, including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems.
  • Reports on system specifications to support upgrades and to ensure proper integration. Coordinates upgrade schedules with internal or external programmers.
  • May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • May lead and direct the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Sr. Manager Contact Engineering.
