The Insights & Enablement team ensures we have the right infrastructure and tools to enable data-driven decisions and optimize productivity. We partner across Services to enhance reporting insights, increase efficiency, and automate processes. The Business Development Insights & Enablement Team (Client I&E) supports the front-line business development sales team for Client Services. Our team ensures that our Client teams focus on what they do best - Selling. This function designs and builds the sales capabilities that the Services team needs to effectively materialize its revenue growth potential, while at the same time simplifying current sales support activities to enable the team to spend more of their time selling with clients.

Role
The role will be expected to do the following:
• Understand and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Perform assurance program with on-going checks on sales processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and policies.
• Generate and analyse reports on operational performance for management review.
• Evaluate and revise operations and procedures in response to organizational change.
• Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.

All About You
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 year of prior experience in operations roles, with a focus on process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly, respond to urgent, unanticipated requests, and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of KPI / SLA / TAT
• First-principles thinking and problem-solving
• Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence others
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
• Flexible to work with global offices across several time zones
