Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting in Snowflake / Hive environments
Manage and support big data applications (Spark, Hive, Python)
Handle production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
Execute deployments, release management, and CI/CD (GitLab pipelines)
Monitor and maintain Airflow (or similar schedulers) workflows
Support Azure cloud-based data platforms
Ensure system stability, performance, and availability
Participate in on-call support (rotational shifts & weekend support)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
4+ years of experience in data analysis, data platform support, or big data environments

Primary Skills:

Strong experience in any of:
• Snowflake / Hive (advanced querying & analysis)
Hands-on experience with:
• Spark, Hive, Python troubleshooting
• UNIX/Linux shell scripting
Experience with:
• Airflow or similar job schedulers
• GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Azure Cloud ecosystem
Strong understanding of:
• Application support, deployment, and release processes
Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Secondary Skills:
Hands on experience on:
• Kubernetes / AKS
• Monitoring tools
• Networking, IAM, and security fundamentals
Familiarity with:
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Tools like JIRA / ServiceNow
Exposure to:
• Big data platform lifecycle
• Backup and recovery strategies
