Role: Digital Analytics Solutions Engineer
Position Description:

The Brokerage Digital Marketing technology team is responsible for developing and supporting the firm's public site (Brokerage.com) and firm-wide intranet web portals. We are seeking anAnalytics Solutions Engineer who will be responsible for contributing to multiple web analytics tool implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

This is an intermediate-level position for a highly analytical, self-motivated individual who will be working closely with Brokerage's Digital Strategy group on the following:
- Implement technical requirements documents including Solution Design Reference (SDR)
- Manage tag containers, variables and implement content tagging
- Implement tags via Adobe Launch based upon Solutions Design Reference (SDR)
- Coordinate with website developers for Analytics integration
- Perform end-to-end QA testing for Analytics, Target and Audience Manager integrations.
- Assist & maintain DMP taxonomy
- Manage ad pixels, third-party tags for digital campaigns
- Perform multiple client Web analytics tool implementation projects at once
- Ensure analytics are consistently implemented across digital properties
- Create dashboards in workspace for business to track website performance
- Maintain best practices


Skills Required:

Subject matter expert in all aspects of Adobe Experience cloud including
- Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture SiteCatalyst)
- Adobe Audience Manager
- Adobe Target
- 3+ years hands on experience implementing Adobe Analytics integration using Adobe Launch
- 2+ years hands on experience with Adobe Target and Audience Manager
- Experience with developing custom reports via Adobe Analytics and Report Builder
- Strong hands-on with advanced JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience debugging with browser developer tools, Adobe Analytics debugger and ObservePoint
- Well versed with Adobe Analytics features (variable configurations, segments, SAINT classifications etc.)
- Document Solution Design Reference (SDR)
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Self-starter
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

Skills Desired:

- Proficiency with development on Adobe Experience Manager and associated tech stack including HTML, CSS, Java and JavaScript
- Vendor certification in Analytics and Tag Management tools
- Proficiency in HTML
- Knowledge of interactive marketing initiatives (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Comparison Shopping Engines, Email)
- Experience in analyzing data sources and building aggregations to enable BI solutions
- Experience with report building using Tableau and providing access to self-service
- Experience using SQL with Sybase, DB2, or Greenplum
- Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMP) such as Adobe Audience Manager
- Experience in ad serving technologies such as DoubleClick for Advetisers (DFA) and Mediamind; Able to QA the firing of Floodlight tags
