POSITION SUMMARY AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Position Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing documentation and training material that supports the deployment of software/systems to internal and external users.   
 
Relevant Years of Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in training material development
 
Responsibilities
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Translate business requirements into documented user steps and processes
  • Facilitate communication between IT development teams and business users to create comprehensive training guides and material
  • Develop improvements to existing training material that is in place to meet the functionality and requirements of new releases
  • Participate in regularly scheduled reviews of training material and content to ensure quality/accuracy is delivered to end users
  • Utilize industry standard documentation tools such as MS Office for the development of training material
 
Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical):
  • Knowledge and experience in developing training material for life science/clinical application is helpful
 
 
Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication or business-related curricula, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
