Data Specialist - Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • The candidate will be a member of a team that indexes and organizes a high volume of investment documents.
  • This person's primary responsibility will be to ensure that this large set of documents is stored correctly in our document management system according to internal indexing standards within a set timeframe.
  • Candidates must have excellent data entry skills and a good customer service attitude.
  • Additionally, they must have the ability to remain detail-oriented while working at a fast pace.

Professional Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with data entry and/or document management helpful, but not required

Education:
  • A four-year college degree is required
