Job Description:

The Email Integration Coordinator is responsible for the daily set up, QA, and deployment of outbound email campaigns for Medscape promotional marketing programs. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, must be able to multi-task very well, and must have a keen eye for detail. Experience with ExactTarget or another Email Service Provider is preferred.

  • Complete and QA campaign setups and email campaign launches without errors
  • Work closely with internal departments (Data Services, Marketing, and Account Management groups) to execute one-off and trigger based email campaigns
  • Lead daily prelaunch calls with internal teams
  • Manage daily launch calendar for all promotional marketing emails

Required Skills:
  • Excellent time-management, organization, and project management skills, and strong attention to detail
  • QA experience
  • Knowledge and experience using a major third party Email Service Provider (e.g., ExactTarget) is preferred, but any Email Service Provider will work.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Ability to think creatively about marketing testing techniques and options
  • Ability to quickly identify and address operational and process issues
